Frequently Asked Questions:WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE THEATRE?
You should aim to arrive in good time, at least 15 minutes before the start time of the performance.
If you are collecting tickets at the box office, please allow extra time for this as there might be a queue.
Please note that bag checks are in operation at this theatre.
WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY TICKETS?
If you book directly through the theatre you can collect your tickets any time before the performance starts.
Please note that you must present the credit or debit card on which the tickets were purchased.
If you have booked through a ticket agent, please check with them what time your tickets will be available at the box office.
WHAT TIME DOES IT ACTUALLY START?
The performance starts promptly at the time printed on the ticket and listed on our website.
HOW LONG IS THE SHOW?
All Or Nothing plays 2 hours 30 minutes including an interval.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
There is no dress code, although we advise patrons to wear something comfortable as sitting for the duration of the performance can be quite restricting.
IS THERE A CLOAKROOM?
Due to current security issues the cloakroom remains closed at this time.
We can only admit small items & bags that fit underneath, or in front of, the seats in the auditorium.
WHAT TIME CAN I GO INTO THE AUDITORIUM?
The auditorium opens 30 minutes before the start of the performance.
IS THERE A BAR?
There is a bar on both levels. The Circle bar opens 45 minutes before the performance starts and is for use by all patrons.
The Stalls bar opens 30 minutes before the show starts. Each bar closes once the performance has started and reopens for the intreval.
CAN I ARRANGE DRINKS AT THE PERFORMANCE?
Yes. Please email us on the contact us tab and we will endeavour to help.
We can arrange drinks in advance, including champagne to make your evening even more of a special occasion.
Please note that interval drinks can be ordered in advance from the bar, saving you time at the interval. Our bar staff will be happy to help and advise you.
IS FOOD AND DRINK ALLOWED IN THE THEATRE?
Light snacks are permitted and can be purchased in our kiosk & bars.
Bar drinks can only be taken into the auditorium in plastic cups, which are provided at each bar.
Hot food and drink is not permitted anywhere in the theatre.
A full range of merchandise is available at the kiosk in our foyer.
IS THERE A LIFT IN THE THEATRE?
No, there are no lifts at this theatre. If you have mobility and/or any specific access requirements, please refer to our access tab on this website
DO YOU HAVE LOST/ FOUND FACILITIES?
Please contact our Stage Door Keeper to enquire about your lost property. Details can be found on our contact page.
IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION TO THIS SHOW?
Children under school age will not be permitted.
Children under the age of 16 will not be permitted entry into the auditorium without an adult present. All children must have their own ticket.
WILL THE CAST MENTION MY BIRTHDAY?
Unfortunately we cannot offer this to our patrons due to the traditional nature of the show.
CAN I MEET THE CAST?
It is possible to meet the cast outside our Stage Door following the performance.
Please be aware that performers may be in a hurry at times but will usually try to make time to chat and sign autographs.
DO YOU HAVE WIFI?
We do not offer WIFI to patrons at this time.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS INSIDE THE THEATRE?
We are happy for you to take pictures inside the auditorium of the theatre before the show begins.
Please do feel free to share them on Social Media
However, please note that it is strictly forbidden to take pictures of the action on stage when the curtain goes up.
IS THE THEATRE AIR CONDITIONED?
We strive to keep the theatre in comfortable conditions through the changing seasons.
Patrons not accustomed to West End Theatres are asked to observe the splendid and unusual architectural features and to take due care.
The theatre is approximately 100 years old, so please be aware that there may be legroom restrictions amongst other issues associated with old buildings.
